Dave’s Approach

David implements an interdisciplinary approach to his clients’ legal matters by working closely with them or their executives, in-house counsel, or front-line personnel. He staffs matters with other attorneys at UGBB to leverage diverse experiences in business litigation, personal injury, divorce, real estate, trusts, wills, and probate estates for purposes of planning and resolving disputes. David’s accounting background and varied hands-on business experience, combined with a spirit of collaboration, allows him to bring a uniquely wide-ranging perspective to his clients’ cases. As one of the firm’s partners, he seeks practical, cost-effective resolutions, while keeping in mind the long-term implications of each decision.

Dave’s Focus

David is dedicated to his clients and invests personal time and attention outside of legal matters. Before advising a client, he takes the time to thoroughly investigate internal and external conditions to determine the best approach to legal matters as they currently exist or arise in the future. Dave’s working model approaches that of in-house counsel to his clients.  Thus, offering a convenient and comprehensive “one-stop shop” model of business law. His legal practice is guided by his firm’s trademarked mantra of “Maximizing the Power of Partnerships.”
