Rick has successfully litigated numerous wrongful death cases and is also experienced in obtaining large recoveries in aquatic cases such as diving injuries and drownings. In addition to achieving favorable results from litigation and alternative dispute resolution (mediation & arbitration), Rick is also an experienced appellate lawyer. He has won numerous appeals in the federal and Missouri appellate court systems, and has an impressive winning record before the Missouri Supreme Court. Just a few of those cases are outlined below. On top of all this, Rick teaches legal studies at Maryville University where he has been an adjunct faculty member for over 8 years. He also teaches other lawyers under the auspicies of the National Business Institute and the Bar Association of Metro St. Louis.
